Shipping and payment information

1. Shipping costs and information:

Delivery is worldwide.

   Shipping within Germany:
   
   For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate per order of € 4.90 incl. VAT

From a gross order value of 30,00€ we deliver free of shipping costs.

• to other member states of the European Union and the United Kingdom amount to a flat rate of 8.90€ incl. VAT per order (free delivery from a gross order value of 30.00€)

• to Switzerland amount to a flat rate of 7,00€ (with tracking: 9,35 €) incl. VAT per order

• to all other countries amount to a flat rate of 18,00€ (with tracking: 38,00€) per order

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Information on delivery

Delivery times

For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

For deliveries to other member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the delivery time is 5-7 working days.  

For deliveries to all countries, the delivery time is 7-12 working days

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.

If the last day of the time limit falls on the same day as the payment order, the time limit shall be extended until the end of the time limit.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 5 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. After that, you will be redirected back to us (https://www.teasntrees.com).

3. Instant bank transfer

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment method "Sofort". The payment is made to Klarna and your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
